Can I contact Moma Bikes by phone?

No, in order to provide quality service, we only accept enquiries by email. If necessary, we'll call you. This also allows us to respond to your queries in order and to direct them to specialists, as a technical query isn't the same as a query about a shipment. Always send emails to info@momabikes.com , making sure to be clear and concise.

Can I buy directly from your shop in Carrer Nàpols?

Yes, you can buy a bicycle in the shop. The shop works independently from the website, so you won't have to order or reserve a bike on the website if you want to buy it in the shop. If you buy a bike in the shop, you won't have to pay the shipping costs, but you'll have to pay €15 per bike for assembly, adjustment, delivery, and shop maintenance.

Can I reserve a bike in the shop?

No, you can't reserve any units in the store.

Can I reserve a bike that is sold out on the website?

No, you can't reserve any units on the website. The stock is constantly updated. If you're interested in a sold-out model, you can use the LET ME KNOW WHEN IT'S AVAILABLE button.

Can I buy a bike on the website and pick it up in the store?

No, purchases through the website are all sent to the address that the customer specifies when placing the order as long as it is included among the countries we ship to.

Can I place an order on the website without registering?

Yes, you can place an order on our website without registering.

How do I know my size?

If a model is available in different sizes, you can check the size guide on the product page itself to see which height range corresponds to which size.

What countries do we ship to?

We currently ship to Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Austria, Hungary, Romania, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.

Are the bikes shipped assembled?

The bikes are shipped 90% assembled, depending on the model they require a final step (such as screwing in the pedals and putting on the front wheel on most models).

How will I receive my bike?

On the page of each bike you can find a video that we call UNBOXING in which you will see exactly how you receive that bike and step by step the actions that must be carried out to make it ready for your enjoyment.

Where can I find the assembly manual?

You have available the assembly manuals in the following link and, in addition, in almost all our models you can find a video with the unboxing of our bicycles step by step.

Will I have to adjust my bike when I receive it?

We recommend a 20-hour break-in on the middle chainring and centre sprocket and a re-adjustment of all the components after finishing it. In any case, bear in mind that any bicycle requires periodic inspections of the wear elements (tyres, brakes, transmission, rims, spokes, etc...). We recommend that these checks are carried out by a professional.

How do I adjust my bike?

We recommend that any adjustments, especially to brakes or gears, should be carried out by a specialised workshop. Although you will also find videos created by us on how to adjust different components in our section of support

What kind of maintenance does my bike require?

Regularly clean and grease your bike's drivetrain, check the tyre pressure, keep the bike clean and dry, keep the bolts tight, adjust the steering if necessary, check brakes, bearings, hubs and keep the suspension clean if you have one.

If there are state or local subsidies and/or purchasing grants, how can I obtain the certificates required?

To obtain the homologation certificate, please request it, always indicating your order number, by sending an e-mail to info@momabikes.com.

How can I track the delivery of my order?

When the order has been delivered to the transport agency you will receive an SMS and an email with the tracking number and the link to the transport agency to follow your shipment.

Can I cancel my order?

Can I ask for an invoice at an address other than the shipping address?

Yes, as long as the shipping country and the billing country are the same. You can specify both addresses when making your purchase. Once the order has been completed, these can't be changed.

How can I get my sales invoice?

Your invoice will be sent by email automatically within approximately 14 days of our receiving your order.

If I buy several items, will they all arrive in one shipment?

We do our best to ensure that all products arrive at the same time, but it may happen that you receive the products in different shipments and on different days.

What should I do when I receive my order?

Check that the packaging is in good condition, that the product has no damage and/or defects and that it is complete, with no missing parts and/or components. We recommend that you indicate on the delivery note "Conforms unless inspected". Keep the box for 14 days.

What should I do if the order arrives damaged?

Indicate on the delivery note that the packaging has visible damage if any and let us know about the damage by emailing info@momabikes.com and sending photos.

How long do I have to report a damaged product?

You have 24 hours to report any product damage to info@momabikes.com , attaching photos of the product showing the damage, photos of the packaging, and photos of the shipping labels and the product labels.

Where's the serial number located on my bike?

You'll find your bike's serial number stamped on the frame under the bottom bracket or on the front headset (depending on the model).

How long will it take to receive my order?

Spain/Portugal: 1-3 working days

France/Italy/Germany/Belgium: 3-4 working days
