FAQs

Can I contact Moma Bikes by phone?

No, in order to provide quality service, we only accept enquiries by email. If necessary, we'll call you. This also allows us to respond to your queries in order and to direct them to specialists, as a technical query isn't the same as a query about a shipment. Always send emails to info@momabikes.com , making sure to be clear and concise.

We recommend that these checks are carried out by a professional.
