The treadmill is a well-known machine for cardiovascular exercise. Our treadmill is also foldable, which makes it easy to store. Some things you should bear in mind when doing physical exercise on the treadmill are: when running indoors it is important to have a ventilation system, it is enough to put a fan nearby; drinking water while you exercise is essential to hydrate your body and recover liquids; so that running on the treadmill does not become boring you can vary the pace, doing series or intervals. And, when you finish, it is very important to cool down, walk for a few minutes before finishing the exercise and getting off the treadmill.

What should I consider when choosing an exercise bike or indoor equipment?
If you want to start indoor cycling, we are going to give you some tips so that you can get the most out of your bike from the start: first of all, you should adjust the bike to your measurements, adjusting the saddle and handlebars to the right height for you, thus reducing the risk of injury. During the exercise session you should consume 1L of water to stay hydrated. Another of our tips is to work with resistance on the bike, so that you can achieve efficient control over inertia.. And, of course, before getting off the bike, set a lighter cadence and keep pedalling. You should not stop suddenly, but gradually reduce the intensity and speed. In addition, it is highly recommended to wear suitable clothing to avoid pain caused by contact with the saddle.
Finally, the training roller is the perfect solution for training with your bike indoors. It is the perfect alternative to indoor bikes. Ideal for people who have little time and space at home.
